All products displayed on our store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Prices are listed in the currency shown on the store and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and photography conditions.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.). All payments are processed securely through Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant payment system.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

We ship to Malaysia and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only — we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

• West Malaysia: 3–5 business days
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–8 business days
• International: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

In summary: unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Perishable items, opened skincare products, and customised items are non-returnable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOLSHIELD and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
